Custom Order Policy

Kappa House takes pride in creating custom pieces made specifically for you. Please review the following information carefully before placing a custom order.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

All custom and made-to-order purchases are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been placed.

CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information when placing an order, including names, line names, ship names, numbers, dates, colors, garment sizes, placement selections, and any other requested details.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Kappa House is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.

DESIGN PROOFS & APPROVAL

A design proof will be provided for applicable custom orders before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the entire proof, including spelling, numbers, colors, placement, and overall design, before providing approval.

Once a design proof has been approved, no additional changes can be made. Production will proceed according to the approved design.

CHANGES & REVISIONS

Reasonable revisions that remain within the customization originally purchased may be requested before final design approval.

Requests that add new design elements, additional embroidery, different materials, additional placements, or other customization outside the original purchase may require an additional charge.

Any additional charges must be paid before the requested changes are completed.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We welcome special requests when possible. However, submitting a special request does not guarantee that the request can be accommodated.

Special requests may require an additional charge depending on the design, materials, embroidery, placement, or production requirements. Kappa House will contact you if additional payment or clarification is required.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time begins after all required customization details have been received and the final design proof has been approved.

Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for production after final approval, followed by shipping time based on items selected

Delays in responding to design proofs, providing missing information, or approving requested changes may extend the production timeline.

HANDCRAFTED & CUSTOM VARIATIONS

Because Kappa House products are individually customized and produced, minor variations in embroidery placement, stitching, appliqué, leather, and other materials may occur. These natural production variations are not considered defects.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL

By placing a custom order with Kappa House, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your selections and agree to this Custom Order Policy.

Approval of your final design proof confirms that the design and customization details are correct and authorizes Kappa House to begin production.

Once approved, your custom piece is officially in production and no further changes can be made.
