ABOUT KAPPA HOUSE

Our Story: Jerome, Crystal and Danielle

Kappa House was born from a simple, personal need: to make my husband something that was both stylish and completely unique among the Nupes. Something custom. Something clean. Something he could be proud of.

Since 2017 Crystal has been sewing with a passion for style. From running her own t-shirt boutique business to crafting kimonos and fur coats. That journey taught her the importance of detail, fit and fabric - all values that now shape Kappa House. Today, we focus on embroidering shirts, hoodies, jackets and anything else that can stand out!

But Kappa House is more than apparel - it’s a family effort grounded in creativity and culture. Jay has been recognized by several Nupes for the style and quality of the canes he creates. He hand-wraps and decorates canes that represent the spirit of Kappa Alpha Psi. His process is careful and intentional, with attention to symbolic colors, clean finishes, and detail

At Kappa House, color is part of our language. We love to incorporate red, white and black - blending them into our designs with intention and creativity. These colors aren’t just part of a palette; they represent pride, identity, and the timeless style of Kappa Alpha Psi. Whether stitched into a jacket or wrapped around a cane, these shades help tell stories that are vibrant, meaningful, and unique to Kappa House. Our goal is to create pieces that celebrate identity, tradition, and the bold self-expression of Kappa House.

Behind the scenes, our daughter Danielle helps keep everything running smoothly — from organizing inventory to double-checking quality before anything ships. It’s truly a team effort. From our family to yours — thank you for being part of our journey.
