Orders & Product Information

All items sold on Kappa House are custom made to order based on your preferences (size, color, style, etc.).

Please review all product information carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You’ve reviewed sizing and style details 
  • You agree to our final sale policy (see below)

Final Sale & Return Policy

All sales are final due to the customized nature of our clothing.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollar and may be updated without notice 
  • We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards. Other payment options are coming soon 
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full

Shipping & Delivery

  • Custom order shipping times vary based on product and production times. See Shipping Policy.  
  • Delivery times depend on your location and carrier service 
  • Kappa House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
