Shipping Policy

At Kappa House, all items are made to order. Below is our shipping policy outlining processing times, shipping options, and delivery information.

Processing Time
  • Some items, t-shirts and canes are pre-produced and ship fast - just 1-2 business days. Those will be marked as in stock or specialty items. 
  • Each item is custom-made. T-shirts and Canes - Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping. 
  • Single custom order, jackets, bombers - please allow 2-3 weeks.
  • Custom Group/Bulk Jacket orders - Production time 4-6 weeks
Shipping Rates & Carriers
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. 
  • We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on your region).
    Estimated Delivery Time
    Region Estimated Delivery U.S. Domestic 3–7 business days after production

    Tracking Your Order
    • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 
    • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
      Lost or Stolen Packages
      We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

      Incorrect Address
      Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
